Self-Clarity: Shaping and Owning Your Own Story

Self-concept clarity is like wearing the right pair of glasses—it helps us see our inner world with greater clarity and coherence.

Why is it important to work on our self-clarity? For several reasons. Science reveals that high self-clarity is linked to fewer depressive symptoms and lower social anxiety. When we’re clear about who we are, we face life’s challenges with more confidence and feel a stronger sense of control. Simply put, seeing ourselves clearly leads to greater life satisfaction.

Investing in self-clarity is an invaluable step toward safeguarding and nurturing our mental health.

We’ll explore this ABSTRACT CONCEPT in a FUN, HANDS-ON WAY, making it EASY to grasp and APPLY in your own life!

By the end of this workshop, you will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of what self-clarity is,

  • Recognize why it’s essential for well-being,

  • Reflect on your own self-clarity across different life domains,

  • Uncover your strengths, hopes, goals, and support network for navigating difficult times,

  • Craft a meaningful self-narrative that connects your past, present, and future.
